Michael E. LinnemannPresident / Broker
Michael E. Linnemann

A California native, Michael E. Linnemann, the President/Broker of Linnemann Realty grew up moving every few years as a military brat until he found himself in the halls of Reagan High School in Austin in the early 80's.  Immediately following that, he attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance.  He received his Realtor's License in 1993 and his Broker's License in 1998, having now worked in the real estate field here in Central Texas for over 20 years.

His experience in real estate goes well beyond listings, sales, investment, and property management.  In 1998, Michael started his construction company and ventured into residential development and home building.  Since that time he has run countless successful construction projects from custom homes and multi-family dwellings to commercial building and remodeling projects, massive residential rehabs, and raw land development.

He serves as the current President of the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors and sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a past-President of the Central Texas Homebuilder's Association and held a seat on their Board of Directors for many years.  Within these organizations, he has served on numerous committees and worked tirelessly in service to his industry and his community.

When it comes to his work history within the Central Texas real estate market, there is no stone left unturned.

Michael lives in Belton with his wife Priscilla, son Gabriel, and daughter Ava Jane.  When he's not working he loves to cook and host, read books about everything from history to astrophysics, keep fit with regular exercise, and when the time allows he plays a great lead guitar.

He served his country for 20 years in the U.S. Army encompassing a year in Vietnam, six months in Saudi Arabia, and tours in Korea and Germany. In 1994 he retired right here at Fort Hood and settled down in Killeen, Texas with his wife Irene and their three children. Rachael RodriguezDirector of Maint. / Client Services Rep Zone 4
Rachael Rodriguez
Extension: 207

Rachael is a native Central Texan and a native to the real estate industry itself.  She was born in Temple and raised in Killeen, with both parents and a grandmother who worked in real estate.  Rachael has had the pleasure of watching Killeen grow from a wide spot in the road to the thriving city it has become.  Given her passion for her home town and helping people, she quickly picked up the ins and outs of the real estate profession.

Rachael spent eight years as a property manager in Copperas Cove and is well on her way to completing her courses to obtain her real estate license.  Her experience with the area and in our industry makes her a perfect fit for our team and we're excited to have her on board.

Rachael joined the Linnemann Team in June 2017 as the Client Services Rep for Zone 3 and since then has been promoted to the Director of Maintenance.

In her spare time Rachael and her husband coach and play adult softball, go on outdoor adventures with their kiddos, and hit the gym.  They are both avid football fans, apparently favoring the Steelers.  This should make for some great office rivalries in the fall!

Sonya GomezReception
Sonya Gomez
Having just joined the team in June 2017, Sonya is one of the latest additions to our growing company.  She lives in Copperas Cove and is the proud mother of three amazing young girls.  Believing life is solely about connection and compassion, there is a drive within her that pushes her to accomodate and ensure happiness is reached at the end of the day.  No wonder she was a perfect fit for the new position!

Born and raised Texan, Sonya found herself in Hawaii for a time.  And, while the four-year vacation was life changing, the Lone Star State called her back home.  Landing back in Central Texas, she worked for a time at a VFW in Copperas Cove.  While there she developed a passion for cooking and for having the honor of serving our local veterans.  At Linnemann Realty we might not ask her to cook very often, but we'll be happy to watch her continue to serve our veterans and our community.
