Michael E. Linnemann, the President/Broker of Linnemann Realty is a native of California but considers himself a transplanted Texan. He attended high school in Austin, then the University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance. He received his Realtor's License in 1993 and his Broker's License in 1998, having now worked in the real estate field here in Central Texas for almost 20 years. He is a member of the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtors.

His experience in real estate goes beyond listings, sales, and property management. In 1998 Michael started IDC Construction and ventured into residential land development and construction. For the next 9 years he built numerous multi-family, single family, and custom homes all over Central Texas under IDC Construction, Breezeway Homes, and Legacy Homes. He sold his interest in his homebuilding company in April of 2007. He has been a member of the Central Texas Homebuilder's Association, has served on their Board of Directors for many years, was Chairman of the Parade of Homes Committee for 3 consecutive years, and served one year as President of that same association.

There is no aspect of real estate that he has not had personal experience with and, despite a number of other continuing business ventures, still remains directly active within the real estate field and with his clients and customers.He currently resides in Belton with his wife Priscilla, teenage son Gabriel, and daughter Ava.

His interests include reading a good book, cooking a great meal, playing guitar, trying to squeeze in a little exercise, and playing the occasional lousy game of golf.

Becky runs the office and the day to day operations with property management. Originally from Kentucky, she graduated from the University of Florida in 1992, met and married Shawn Griffon, and has accompanied him on his military career ever since.

Her first experience with real estate came while they were stationed in Colorado, where she worked for a real estate sales and property management firm. She joined Linnemann Realty in January of 2006 and quickly began running the office in a professional and efficient manner. During the last three years with our company, Becky has demonstrated her ability to handle any kind of crisis that can arise in the property management field. She is adept with both tenants and property owners, takes a great amount of pride in her work, and approaches it with genuine concern for her clients.

She, her husband, and their two children live in Copperas Cove.

Valerie was born in Minnesota but got to Texas as fast as she could. Her family moved to Texas when she was only four months old, moved away once, but came back quickly and stayed for the long term. She is a graduate of Copperas Cove High School and still cheers on her Bulldogs. She is a self-proclaimed people person and has always worked in customer service.

She currently runs the Leasing Department at Linnemann Realty, having been with the company since October of 2008. She enjoys the interaction with clients and customers on a daily basis and has played a critical role in the unparalleled success of the company over the last several years. The most rewarding part of her job is receiving positive feedback and gratitude from happy customers that she's gone the extra mile for. Dwayne joined us at Linnemann Realty as an Inspector at the beginning of February 2009. He transferred over from Texstar Properties where he worked as their Inspector for almost ten years. He hails from Florida where he graduated from high school and then attended Florida A&M University and Florida State University.

He joined the U.S. Army in 1980 and served his country for twenty years, working in Germany, Greece, numerous stateside assignments, and a tour with Desert Storm. His experiences include completion of the Master Gunner Course, the Instructors Course, Recruiting Command, and Hazmat training.

After retiring, he settled with his wife, Sheila, and their two children in Killeen, Texas and began his career as a Real Estate Inspector. He takes great pride in his work and is one of the most thorough and meticulous inspectors you'll ever have the pleasure of working with.

Bradd joined Linnemann Realty in May of 2010 as the front desk Tenant Liaison, after a career in hotel management and having also been the Midwest Facilities Lead for a large firm in Minnesota. His roots are still "Minnesotan", but he continues to learn the Texas ways.

After a year as the Tenant Liaison he moved to the Maintenance Department as the Services Manager. He has now been promoted as the Manager of the newly-formed Marketing Department. In his new position, Bradd is solely responsible for bringing traffic to the door, keeping the rentals full, and making sure that our property owners are well taken care of. Carmen Colón was raised in the Ft. Hood/Killeen area, has watched it expand, and has grasped a full understanding of the diverse people who help color the canvas of Central Texas. She comes from a military home and before becoming "Your Ace In Real Estate," she worked along side the U.S. Army at Ft. Hood and in the Middle East. Because of this, she possesses a special connection with Central Texas' largest representative; the military member and family.

Carmen understands the high demand and the attention to detail embedded in each and every soldier and goes above and beyond to make sure she meets the needs of her clients. This nose-to-the-grindstone work ethic has translated into becoming a multi-million dollar producer since her first year in realty. As a wife, mother, and big time animal and nature lover,

Erin Edwards-Rummel comes from a realtor family background. She has experienced many aspects of real-estate from a young age, watching her parents navigate many real estate deals. Due to her father's military career, Erin lived in Germany for six years. Upon her father's retirement they moved back to Copperas Cove, where Erin and her husband have lived for more than 20 years. This has enabled her to know the area and its surroundings very well. She knows that the right area and home, coupled with the right schools, and work commute all play an important part in finding that perfect fit. Her dogs Copper and Daisy and two cats have taught her that the right yard and flooring choices can also play a huge part in finding the right home.

Sandra was born and raised in a small town in Germany. She grew up in that country and went to school to become trained as a paralegal. Having moved to America in 2007, she finally settled in the Killeen area and became involved in property management when she went to work for Elite Rentals. Sandra came to work at Linnemann Realty in November of 2011 when the two companies merged. As of this writing she has been in the field for over two years and specializes in putting a smile on the face of every resident and owner. Sandra has been a great addition to the Leasing Department and is willing and able to find you the perfect place to call home.

Anthony hales from North Little Rock, Arkansas, but found his way to Texas when he and his family came to the Killeen area in 1997. He's been working in the property management field for years now, performing various duties that have given him a well-rounded skill set when it comes to caring for your home. As a Quality Control Inspector, he is the main person in charge of making sure that your property is presented to the public in the best light possible and that it is kept up by its residents to the standards that we expect. One of his most valuable characteristics is his ability to listen to his customers and work to solve any problem that the maintenance department is presented with.

In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, bowling, and, his #1 duty, raising his 7 daughters and 1 son!

Letitia joined the Linnemann Realty Family in November of 2011, bringing with her four years of property management experience. She got her training working at Elite Rentals in leasing, accounting, and maintenance. Her primary responsibilities are to service the existing residents with their submitted work orders, insuring that the work is completed promptly and correctly. When not at the real estate office, she enjoys working and participating in community service activities in the Killeen area, where she has been residing since 1992.

Along with her duties at Linnemann Realty, Letitia is the Vice President of Southern Mixx Modeling Group. Her commitment and love of the community is ongoing and certainly keeps her busy.

Tiffaney (with an E!) hails from the great state of Alabama, has earned her Associates Degree, and joined our forces in mid-2012.  We needed an ace in the hole, someone who could jump in with both feet and tackle a number of different tasks all at once.  Tiffaney has taken over her new position and quickly made herself indispensable, handling payment inquiries from contractors, logging and monitoring all invoicing activity for the entire company, and a number of other bookkeeping and accounting tasks.  The work never stops and she doesn’t mind a bit!

When she finally gets away from the office she loves spending time with her son and extended family.

Nykkii Ryan-Swiney was born in Conway, Arkansas, is the mother of five beautiful children (four girls!), and is an active parent with baseball, football, softball, and volleyball.

She spent several years serving her country in the U.S. Army and landed in Fort Hood as her last duty station. After leaving the service she pursued a career as a cosmetologist, having obtained her license in March of 2005 from Central Texas College in Killeen.

Nykkii found herself in the property management business over the years, and has spent five years in almost every aspect of that industry. She enjoys the maintenance field because it allows her the opportunity to be involved in helping the tenants resolve maintenance issues and to continue to assist her property owners to keep their investments up to standard. She says it’s all about taking care of the tenants, servicing their needs to the best of her ability, keeping the owner’s best interest at heart, and leaving her customers and clients with little to no worries at all.

In her limited spare time she loves spending time with her family, participating in her children’s sports activities, and regularly attending her local church. On top of this, she still loves to exercise her cosmetology skills by doing hair and is determined to open her own mobile salon in the near future.

Rafael was born in Havana, Cuba and immigrated to the US in 1961. He served his country for 20 years in the U.S. Army encompassing a year in Vietnam, six months in Saudi Arabia, and tours in Korea and Germany. In 1994 he retired right here at Fort Hood and settled down in Killeen, Texas with his wife Irene and their three children. Rafael then worked for Walmart Distribution for ten years before he transitioned into real estate and came on board with Linnemann Realty as an Inspector in April of 2005. Rafael speaks fluent Spanish, knows the military and Fort Hood like the back of his hand, and has resided in the Killeen area for over 17 years.

We consider ourselves a family business, given that we've always been close to all of our employees. Rafael comes closer to the mark, though, given that his daughter Priscilla is married to Michael, the Broker.
