Michael E. LinnemannPresident / Broker
Michael E. Linnemann

A California native, Michael E. Linnemann, the President/Broker of Linnemann Realty grew up moving every few years as a military brat until he found himself in the halls of Reagan High School in Austin in the early 80's.  Immediately following that, he attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance.  He received his Realtor's License in 1993 and his Broker's License in 1998, having now worked in the real estate field here in Central Texas for over 20 years.

His experience in real estate goes well beyond listings, sales, investment, and property management.  In 1998, Michael started his construction company and ventured into residential development and home building.  Since that time he has run countless successful construction projects from custom homes and multi-family dwellings to commercial building and remodeling projects, massive residential rehabs, and raw land development.

He serves as the current President of the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors and sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a past-President of the Central Texas Homebuilder's Association and held a seat on their Board of Directors for many years.  Within these organizations, he has served on numerous committees and worked tirelessly in service to his industry and his community.

When it comes to his work history within the Central Texas real estate market, there is no stone left unturned.

Michael lives in Belton with his wife Priscilla, son Gabriel, and daughter Ava Jane.  When he's not working he loves to cook and host, read books about everything from history to astrophysics, keep fit with regular exercise, and when the time allows he plays a great lead guitar.

A longtime resident of the Central Texas area, Renee picked Kempner to build her home and raise her two handsome teenage boys.  The oldest is an avid soccer player and the youngest enjoys robotics and anything with computers.  Renee's family has been in this area for over 60 years and has contributed to the building of homes and businesses.  She followed along in the family business, making property management her calling.

Renee has been to many locations around the world including her favorite spot; Germany, where she lived for four years and where both of her children were born.  She picked up a love for cooking while visiting the cities in and around Germany.  Once Renee returned to the states she attended CTC and received her certificate in the Culinary Arts.  While she enjoys cooking foods from around the world, cake decorating has always been her favorite because of the creativity it requires.  Traveling is always a passion, from long road trips on the back of the bike to great family getaways.

Be sure to ask Renee about her bucket list of places she wants to go, things she wants to see, and foods she's ready to try.  Aside from all that she's still a Texas country girl and can be found in a field hunting dove or on the river fishing for catfish.  Renee is the truly adventurous type, enjoys learning new things, and is never afraid of taking chances.

Sonya GomezReception
Sonya Gomez
Having just joined the team in June 2017, Sonya is one of the latest additions to our growing company.  She lives in Copperas Cove and is the proud mother of three amazing young girls.  Believing life is solely about connection and compassion, there is a drive within her that pushes her to accomodate and ensure happiness is reached at the end of the day.  No wonder she was a perfect fit for the new position!

Born and raised Texan, Sonya found herself in Hawaii for a time.  And, while the four-year vacation was life changing, the Lone Star State called her back home.  Landing back in Central Texas, she worked for a time at a VFW in Copperas Cove.  While there she developed a passion for cooking and for having the honor of serving our local veterans.  At Linnemann Realty we might not ask her to cook very often, but we'll be happy to watch her continue to serve our veterans and our community.
